Terms of Service

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 10 business days of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or extreme weather — we will keep you informed of any significant delay.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the Returns & Refunds policy below.

You may request a return or refund within 10 days of receiving your order. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that are damaged, stained, or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Size exchanges are available within 10 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose a different product of equal value or receive store credit.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and your order number. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable — except where the return is a result of our error, such as a wrong, defective, or damaged product.

Our pieces are handmade to order and subject to availability. If an item you have ordered goes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order, as handmade pieces can vary slightly in sizing from mass-produced garments.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering through our supported payment methods.

All content on paxina.store — including product photography, designs, text, and the Paxina name and logo — belongs to Paxina and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, Paxina is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
